Appartamento appena ristrutturato, con splendida vista sulla valle. La casa è ricavata dalla ristrutturazione di un vecchio “stavolo” carnico, una stalla dove riposavano gli animali e si faceva asciugare il fieno raccolto. Il Gufo Nero è un cottage adatto ad una vacanza rilassante da passare ammirando il panorama sulle Alpi carniche e sorseggiando un buon vino friulano, davanti al caminetto da cui fu salvato un gufo caduto per sbaglio e annerito dalla fuliggine.

La struttura è situata nelle vicinanze di molte note attrazioni tra cui il Vittoriale degli Italiani, Verona, Sirmione, Desenzano, Monte Campione per gli appassionati di WindSurf, Campiglio per gli amanti della montagna. Vi sono inoltre, in zone limitrofe, campi da golf, percorsi ciclistici e parchi (Gardaland-Sealife, Canevaworld, Sigurtà).
