Venetian-style quadruple room & ensuite bathroom

I offer venetian-styled quadruple rooms with a private bathroom ensuite in the heart of Venice (7 minutes away from San Marco/Rialto bridge) in a typical guesthouse from 17th century. All rooms are on the upper floors and there is no elevator. The checkin takes place from 15 - 19 o'clock (from 19 to 21 o'clock at an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock). The local city tax of 3€ pppn is not included in the room price. From April to end of September we offer a breakfast in our alley (8,00€ pp).

Room 4 (budget double room) is located in Seefeld in Tirol and has a beautiful view of the Alps. The 18 m² accommodation consists of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and therefore offers space for 2 people. The facilities also include Wi-Fi and a TV. The room has a private balcony, which is ideal for relaxing evenings. Public transport is within walking distance. Smoking and events are not allowed. Small dogs may be brought upon request; please contact your host in advance.
