You're steps away from acclaimed restaurants, shops, cafes, speakeasies, breweries & distilleries & 1/2 mile to downtown. Exposed walls & ceiling beams, Moroccan rugs, 1970s weavings and mid century furniture make it a chic oasis in a bustling city.

This space is totally new! It was a yoga studio recently renovated into a studio, loft apartment! It is airy and bright with a fantastic lake view. The lake has kayaks, paddle boarding and a peddle boat that are accessible to guests. There are walking paths around the lake and a deck with a hammock to sit and enjoy some nature time. The studio apartment has its own entrance in the back above the family garage. The family house is next door. There is a resident friendly yellow dog named Pug!

Built in an 1800's era theater, our loft is filled with unique charm and character! The loft features original exposed brick, tall ceilings, and original hardwood floors. The space is spacious, yet cozy! After remodeling the theater into an apartment, our family called this loft home for over 3 years. It was a special home where our first child took her first steps. Now, we are excited to share our space with you!
