Welcome to Grant Park Haven, your home away from home. Located in the beautiful Grant Park/Hollywood neighborhood of NE Portland, it offers easy access to downtown, public transportation, restaurants, pubs, shopping, entertainment, parks, a swimming pool, grocery stores, and the freeways. The one bedroom Airbnb is the day-lit, lower unit of a new Craftsman style house built in 2018. With a queen bed and a queen sofabed in the living area, there is space for 4 people total. Everyone is welcome!

Full kitchen, bathroom with shower, and AC. New hot tub ( shared with big house). Location is tops: close to all 4 quadrants of the city in a quiet, lovely, safe and historic neighborhood. This 850 sf. cottage is a century old but was completely updated 12 years ago with era-appropriate furnishings, giving it a period (and safe) feel. Breakfast goodies, art, books, and a woodstove make it cozy. It sits on half an acre so lots of room for kids . It's in SW Portland, minutes from downtown. It's quiet, great for working or vacationing. An outdoor fire pit and gardens make it unique. There's even a zip line for kids. Family gatherings also fine. (Note: There is a $60 fee per dog.)

The queen size bed has a super comfy natural latex foam mattress and in the loft there is a fold out sofa with a full size memory foam sleeping pad. It has a well appointed kitchen and washer and dryer for your use. I provide coffee and tea for your stay as well.
