Cabin is located about 45min drive from Rovaniemi. The cabin gives guests a peek into local lifestyle and offers authentic cabin experience

Rokovan Helmi - Natural peace in Ruka-Kuusamo

Surrounded by clean and quiet nature, Rokovan Helmi is a perfect hideaway for a group of 2 to 4. The cabin is built in 2019 and is designed by a local company Kuusamo Log Houses. It's a perfect fit for people who love their own peace in a modern environment, yet want all the services to be close at the same time. The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

Moderni ja viihtyisä hirsihuvila Villa Joutsensalmi sijaitsee Salmilammella vain muutaman minuutin ajomatkan päässä Rukan keskustan monipuolisista palveluista. Hyvin varusteltu Villa Joutsensalmi luo hienot puitteet aktiiviselle lomanvietolle kaikkina vuodenaikoina ainutlaatuisessa Kuusamon luonnossa. Kesäisin ja syksyisin retkeily- ja maastopyöräreiteille pääsee lähimaastosta. Talvella ja keväällä Rukan ympäristön hoidetuille hiihtoladuille sekä moottorikelkkareiteille pääsee mökin pihasta.

Mökki sijaitsee omassa rauhassa Iijoen rannassa. Mökkiin mahtuu 1-3 hlo. Soutuvene, uinti -ja kalastusmahdollisuus. Ylirannan ratsutila 6 km, Iin keskusta 11 km. Mökissä takka ja erillinen puulämmitteinen sauna. Mökissä on hyvin varusteltu keittiö ja petivaatteet. Polttopuut sis. hintaan. Liinavaatteet lisähintaan 10€/hlö.Lemmikit sopimuksen mukaan 10 €/majoit. Palju tai ulkoporeallas lisähintaan 100€. Vuokraajan tulee tehdä loppusiivous. Tekemättömästä siivouksesta perimme 80€ .

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Cozy sauna cottage in Lapland

Tunnelmallinen saunamökki (22m²) maaseudulla. Irtaudu arjesta, nauti rauhasta ja mökistä, joka sijaitsee talomme pihapiirissä, kuitenkin täysin omassa rauhassaan. Mukava 160 cm leveä sänky tarjoaa tilaa kahdelle aikuiselle. Lämmitä oma puusauna, rentoudu terassilla tai nuotion ääressä laavulla. Ihaile tähtitaivasta tai revontulia kaukana kaupungin valoista. Talviaamuna voit kävellä kauniilla lumisilla metsäpoluilla, kuunnella luonnon hiljaisuutta ja hengittää raikasta ilmaa.

Situated near the river, the Swedish border is just across the water, allowing for a seamless journey into Sweden, perhaps via the ice road. The absence of unnecessary lights around provides the perfect setting for observing the Northern Lights. Old log house by the sea

Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.
