The community is atv friendly and also boasts a beautiful creek containing brook trout and picturesque waterfall. Winterplace , Hatfield Mccoy Trails, and Appalachian trail all only minutes away.

Brushfork Valley Getaway

Welcome to our family home, a cozy and charming 1940s home nestled in the Brushfork Valley of the West Virginia Mountains. Our house is centrally located between Bluefield, Bramwell, WV and Pocahontas, VA. This makes it the perfect base for exploring the region. There are a variety of activities to choose from, including ATV riding, hiking, fishing, and biking. You can also visit the local restaurants, historic theater, shops, and colleges. Welcome to the whispering creek lodge. This home has been remodeled and completely redesigned over the past few months. During your stay you will be located in a private area with a small creek behind the property bringing peace and tranquility. In this space there are outdoor areas for you and your friends or family to enjoy such as a fire pit, grill, outdoor patio and dining space. Inside you will find a calm and inviting space well stocked with anything you may need during your stay!

One hundred year old farm house that is newly renovated on 16 acres of Appalachian hardwood forest and pasture land and situated just 2.5 miles from the Hatfield and McCoy Trail System and 30 minutes to Winterplace. Located centrally between the cities Bluefield and Princeton, while being conveniently located two miles from Bluewell and just six miles from historic Bramwell, WV.

Cozy Farm Cottage with a View 3.3 MILES OFF I-77

Come enjoy quiet seclusion on a 210 acre farm located 5 miles from Winterplace ski resort and Weathered Grounds Brewery and only 3 miles off the Ghent exit! Self check-in on a private half mile long road. Feed the fish with two ponds full of blue gill, coy, bass and catfish. Hike or mountain bike on miles of trails throughout the property! Then come drink hot chocolate next to the fireplace, or have a glass of wine while watching the sunset on the covered porch!

Located in the heart of the Outlaw & Hatfield McCoy Trails and just minutes from the Indian Ridge & Pocahontas trail heads. Ice machine is on site for unlimited ice for our guests along with Blackstone grill! *Price is the same for up to 2 guests, additional guests are $20 per person per night*
