Our guest cottage was built in 2022 and offers a 1 bedroom (Queen Bed) with closet, 1 bath with walk-in shower, cozy living room with vaulted ceilings, 50” Smart TV, internet and free Wifi, small kitchenette with table and 2 chairs, heat and air conditioning, We will be adding a covered front porch summer/spring 2024. This area is known for its wide open spaces and opportunities for outdoor adventuring.

San Miguel River Get-Away - Easy Drive toTelluride

I love this "Down Valley " area of Telluride. It is a 17 minutes drive up river to downtown Telluride. Our riverfront deck sits right on the San Miguel. If you leave your bedroom window open you can hear it all night long. Being at 7500 feet, Fall Creek, is also nicer if you want an easy altitude adjustment! The unit modernly decorated with 900 generous square feet for two persons.

Newly renovated in Spring 2021, this 1 bedroom cabin boasts one plush king sized bed/bedroom, as well as a cozy twin sized "nook". Located 25 miles from Telluride and 43 miles from Mesa Verde National Park. Incredible hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and all that nature has to offer right out the door. Peaceful quiet neighborhood!
