If the buiding has over 400 years of history, it was still until then the residence of a famous former minister, MP, and campaign head of former French President Mitterrand, who also lived 20m away. It is situated on a little quiet street, close to everything, open air market, restaurants, 6 min walk from the RER direct to both airports or Versailles, 50m from a metro, and only 100m away from Notre-Dame.

The cherry on the top, so to speak, is our garden, overlooking the city, but after 5 floors without a lift, sorry for that, with an incredible view also the Saint Severin Church, the Pantheon and... the Eiffel Tower
