Quick access (under 5 minutes) to Maidstone beach, Rita’s Cantina, Bostwicks on the Harbor, S&S Coffee Shop, Springs Tavern…to name a few. In 10-12 minute drive you can be in East Hampton village or Amagansett Village. The home is set on a half acre in a serene setting in the Lions Head beach association. Walk to private access bay beach from the property. The cabin was renovated top to bottom in 2025.

It is the perfect spot for a single or couple to enjoy the Hamptons beachy lifestyle. Fully appointed for your stay, just bring your bathing suit. Outside is your own patio with sitting area, dining table with umbrella, BBQ and my own tiny cottage “Bouy Cottage” is across the lawn so I (or other guests may be there in May-Sept. This is a simple but lovely house with spectacular views of the water. Enjoy the sunset from the back patio or take kayaks out right off the dock. The comfortable living room has full length windows. There is also a guest cottage on the property that is ideal for extra space and privacy. Please know that there is a full size bedroom connected to the queen bedroom, there is a door but It is not entirely private since you have to walk through the queen bedroom to access the full bedroom.

Our home is <10 minutes drive to the beach, groceries, and restaurants! Our pool will open May 23, 2026 and close on Labor Day.

Full apartment with full bathroom 10 minutes to all Hampton towns. Quiet property Walking distance to free SUP boards and canoes and only 2 minute drive to a dog friendly beaches. Extra bedroom is a Cabin in the middle of the property and was a recording studio, now has queen bed, wifi, fridge, micro wave, heat and AC, TV and DVD player but no bathroom. You have your own parking spots, entrance and outdoor dining area and outdoor shower.

Designer’s own Modern Cottage has bay views and is a short walk to bay beaches. Less than ten minutes to Sag Harbor Village or Bridgehampton. Sleeps 4-6 people. The cottage is located on a very private road and provides some welcomed peace and relaxation. It's the perfect setting for those with the flexibility to work from anywhere. Available monthly from January - May. Discounted monthly rates will be applied to stays 28 days or more.

The Katalpa House -by the beach

-Our beach is private, key and beach tag provided- (in brown shed) This 1000+ sf home, features a newly renovated kitchen, outdoor shower, and many quirks that come with a 90 year old home. The furnishings are eclectic and vintage. Most of the flooring is also new. The beach and bluffs are only about a 2 minute walk. The 1/4 acre lot is shared with a secondary unit as you can see in the photos which is occupied by my sister.
