The villa is located 650 meters from the best beaches of Nungwi, between the RIU and Royal Zanzibar hotels. There are a total of 6 rooms for guests. The first floor has 4 bedrooms, and the second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Shops are a 7-10 minute walk from the hotel. A cozy restaurant where you can have breakfast or dinner is a 1-minute walk away. There is a beautiful pool with a fountain, and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a gazebo and parking on site.

Heritage Sunset Retreat Zanzibar is a fully secured development of 5 villas, within the gazetted area of the Old Portugese Fort of Fukuchani village, 10mn away from Kendwa and Nungwi villages. The villas seats on historic area, with the Old Fort being part and parcel of the development, less than 10 meters away from the sandy beach overlooking the turtle-sanctuary island of Tumbatu.
