We're just 5 minutes from both interstates. Private residence on our property with one bedroom, one bathroom, fully stocked kitchen and free laundry. Welcome to our GUEST SUITE in West Fort Collins! This modern studio is tucked away on a dirt road, giving it a private, country feel with the convenience of all the nearby city amenities. The West/Central location makes it the perfect home base to explore either the nearby mountains or the city. You’ll have quick access to CSU, the Spring Creek Trail, Horsetooth Reservoir, the Poudre River, Old Town and of course all the local breweries that make Fort Collins famous. We can't wait to host you!

Private Cottage

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and queen size sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

Our house is a 1902 Prairie Foursquare with loads of old charm. We are located in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins, close to CSU and three blocks from downtown. We are walking distance to several of the finest Microbreweries in Colorado. The apartment has a separate, private entrance, and large 4' high windows in every room. Bright and cheery with warm atmosphere is an understatement. We look forward to meeting people from many places and backgrounds. 2-day minimum, no-smoking, no pets
