[We follow the most-stringent cleaning and sanitizing protocols. We are an 8-minute walk to a park with a scenic view of SF and a 10-15-minute walk to several city parks.] Watch hummingbirds from the comfort of the zero-gravity chairs in the leafy backyard, and pick lemons for drinks later. Parquet flooring, a decorative fireplace, and the home's original blueprints framed above the sofa make the living room equally welcoming. As of 7 Dec 2019, the master and the second bedroom contain new queen-sized beds. (There is no longer a sleeper couch in the second bedroom.) Outdoors, although SF is famous for fog, Noe Valley is one of our sunniest neighborhoods; chances are good that you'll be able to lounge in our enclosed yard most of the year. The entire floor (six rooms; private entrance) is yours. We'll be available to offer help if needed. Have breakfast in the nearby neighborhood cafe before walking 10 to 15 minutes to reach galleries, boutiques, and a cinema. Nightlife and restaurants are also close. Explore further via the public transportation hubs in Noe Valley and The Castro. Very easy access to public transportation. Bus stops at our corner. Five minute ride or 10-15 minute walk to transportation hubs. One dedicated street parking space.

This tiny house is a 525 sqft home sitting offset from our main home. It has everything from a fully stocked kitchen to a laundry room inside this cozy home. Pots/pans, dishes and even a crock pot and waffle maker stock the kitchen. You will have a private fenced in front area with a seating area and artificial grass. We have built this home to welcome you as our friends and keep you comfortable. The home is located in a dog friendly neighborhood. * we do decorate for major US holidays

Exotic getaway in Sobrante hills

This is Mongolian traditional yurt when we married 40 years ago, our parents built it for us. It is located in our backyard about 90 feet from the street on the deck under pine trees. Path to the yurt has 12 steps and 15 degree up on some part of the deck. We have beautifully decorated, half around, eclectic full bathroom outside the yurt just 2 steps away. Yurt has low front door and low beds and seats. No tv, no wifi. It is out of your comfort zone! No human contact, self check in.

This unique, well equipped, 1 Bed cute little studio (that we love) is detached and fenced off from our main house. It has a separate entrance through a side gate and it's own private rear deck, with a seating and dining area... that overlooks Sausal Creek and Dimond Park. The tall willow that grows along the creek gives the deck the perfect amount of privacy and with the tranquil sound of the creek flowing (not during dry season) you would almost forget you are in an urban city.

This is a lovely home to stay in for those looking to explore the Bay Area. It is a quintessential Mill Valley house near Mt.Tamalpais, Stinson Beach, and San Francisco. It is a short walk to the village where there are shops, restaurants and theaters. Hiking trails are nearby. The house is located on a hillside and there are quite a few stairs . There is a studio apartment downstairs where I sometimes stay there with my poodle, Gigi.
