We have on the property a stand up fencing system for your pets. Owner lives behind the home for anything you need. Two separate homes. This spacious home is on a secluded private lake with all of the up north vibes but the benefit of being near the city. Nearby amenities include close access to I-75, Great Lakes Crossing, Top Golf and Pine Knob. The place also has a kayak, canoe and fishing gear if you feel like exploring the lake by boat! We believe this is the perfect Airbnb location to allow you to feel like you are away from it all. You can swim, fish, kayak, golf and enjoy the beautiful views on Clear Lake, which is connected to the "Chain of Lakes" to maximize your experience. You are five minutes from downtown Oxford and also close to downtown Lake Orion. The Polly Anne Trail is close by with walking and biking trails. We recently added a NEW king size bed. If this is a friend trip, all guests should be 18 or older.

Open concept kitchen with gas stove. 1.4 miles away from hiking trails at Rose Oaks county park and a ten minute drive to downtown Holly.

Private Lake House Suite

Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Parking: please park on the street right in front of our house. Don't turn around in the neighbor's driveway across the street.

Beautiful lake cottage nestled on Cooley Lake is powered by the sun. You can be too in this nearby getaway. We are the first house off the lake on a short canal. Come get away for a night or longer and take in the lake life in one of our kayaks, canoe, paddle-board or fishing gear - all included.. We have many wonderful restaurants nearby or use the grocery nearby and make meals in the fully furnished kitchen.
