Restaurant und Geschäfte befinden sich in der unmittelbaren Umgebung des Gästehauses. L'alloggio si trova al centro di Soprabolzano in una zona molto silenziosa ed è distante meno di 5 min a piedi dalla Funivia del Renon. La città di Bolzano si raggiunge in ca. 12 min. Nella circostanza della Casa si trovano ristoranti.

The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Posizione eccellente, molto centrale e comunque in zona tranquilla ed esclusiva di fronte al Parco Talvera; 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Bolzano. Vicino troverete mercatini, caffè, negozi, supermercati, ristoranti, passeggiate pedonali, ciclovie e anche il Museo Archeologico. Massimo due persone. Solo non fumatori.

The modern and charming apartment has a spacious living/dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
