You will find everything here from Lazy River, seven pools (one heated, one with waterfall), hot tubs, zero entry pool, gym, bbq area. Next door is an arcade with virtual reality, bar and food. You have access to swim and play in both the ocean and the bay. It is a short walk to the Okaloosa boardwalk for shopping, restaurants and fun.

A fully-stocked kitchen, large dining room table with six chairs, comfortable living room, bedroom furniture and Smart tvs, will make your visit a delight. Enjoy the sights and sounds from our balcony and the afternoon sun after a day at the beach. Chairs and beach equipment is in our balcony closet for your use. Two elevators are available in our building and a washer and dryer on each floor. Good times!

Pack your bags and head to Our Happy Place. Readily equipped with everything you will need for relaxation, fun or adventure. Our Happy Place is situated on the water where you can sit and watch boats go by, or fish from the shore. Take a dip in the community pool that offers plenty of lounger chairs and tables with umbrellas. Just across the street you will find a boardwalk to stoll down to the white sandy beaches where you can soak up the sun and Gulf of Mexico views.

Free parking. Entire house with pool (heating pool is no longer available). 3 mn walk to Shopping/restaurants. 15mn drive to Destin. 7 minute drive to beach. Decorated with original art from Madagascar, where the owner Yolande is from, and where Yolande's husband Clint worked for 24 years. Clint is a native of Ft Walton Beach and a Vietnam Combat Veteran. No pets allowed (even visitors' pets). NO CAMERAS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED ANYWHERE INSIDE THE HOUSE.
