The Windswept is a classic beachfront motel just steps from the sand and Jenkinson’s Boardwalk. Spend the day on the beach, take a swim in the pool, walk to the boardwalk for dinner or rides, and come back to a clean room close to it all.

The Pelican Point Motel

An adorable getaway! A block away from Jenkinson's Boardwalk and Beach and a few blocks from the downtown shopping area. This room includes 2 double size beds. This can accommodate up to 4 guests max (2 per bed). This room also has a bistro table seating area, and a table outside with two chairs. The property has larger common area that has tables and chairs as well. Multiple double rooms are designated for air bnb. Therefore the room may be styled different then the photos.

Kitchenette with one King Bed

Our recently renovated Kitchenette King Room is ideal for up to two guests. This accommodation is located in our Historic Chateau Villa and features a fully equipped kitchen including a compact refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, all utensils, as well as a furnished private porch (5 steps up) with a private outdoor entrance. In-season beach passes are included. Daily maid service is available upon request. Six-night minimum stay required.

This enhanced corner layout features panoramic ocean views, a private balcony with seating, and an additional table area. In-room amenities include a microwave, coffee maker, mini refrigerator, and flat-screen TV. No elevator access. All floors reached by stairs. Amenities include 2 Beach access badges (in season), beach chairs, towels, high speed WIFI, daily fresh brewed morning coffee and filtered water in the lobby.
