We have a gem of a granny flat attached at the back end of our home. It comes with its own entrance less than 800 meters from the stunning northern beaches of WA! Modern and super comfortable, offered is a kitchenette, ensuite, seperate bedroom and outdoor patio space with a your own BBQ. Across the road is a fabulous Italian coffee shop/ cafe, pharmacy, IGA, fish & chips, bottle shop etc Joondalup award winning golf course, hospital and shopping centre are all less than a 10 min drive away

Modern 1 Bed Self-contained Kitchenette Unit

1 Bedroom unit with separate lounge/dining, kitchenette/Laundry, bathroom, toilet and TV. Kitchenette only has microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge, possibly only suitable for two weeks max. Entrance via side gate, with lockbox for keys. Ideal for visiting friends and family in the area, beach only 1km away and Joondaup City Centre only 5kms.
