There's an Indoor heated Pool inside a large Atrium, an exercise room with a Sauna, large City View Sundeck / Terrace, and Katie’s 33rd Street Cafe provides on-site dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are also multiple dining options within very short walking distance.

Located in the south end of the resort area. It's on the 2nd floor and has its own entrance. Free parking spot 704. Enjoy access to the gym and pool ( open Apr-Sept) across the street. Ideal to walk to the fishing pier on 14th St, surf on 5th St or rent bikes/surreys nearby and cruise the boardwalk! There are many restaurants nearby including the Side Street Cantina next door and Beach Dogs around the corner. This is an older building and may show signs of wear and tear from the salt air.

A beautifully appointed two bedroom two bath suite. Centrally located in the heart of the Port Warwick district. Sleeps 4 with one queen size bedroom and a second bedroom with a twin and a trundle.
