The Cabin is located at Hamurana, in a 2 acre garden setting 350m from Lake Rotorua. Located 120 m from the owners house and is completely private. All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.

Darwin's Studio

Relax and unwind in this calm, stylish space. Cosy up next to the log fireplace and immerse yourself in the warm, botanical atmosphere. Take a 15 minute walk to the picturesque clifftop lookouts and spectacular waterfalls or meander through the friendly tree-lined neighbourhood to sample the local coffee. Listen to the sounds of the frogs in the pond and watch the black cockatoos rest in the trees as you slow down, recharge and soak up the fresh mountain air, secluded amongst the trees.

Sunnyside is located just off the Great Ocean Road approximately 15 minutes from Apollo Bay. A fully private and self-contained loft studio offers panoramic views of the Southern Ocean and sits in amongst the Otway rainforest treetops. The property has over 10 acres to explore; an olive grove, an orchard, a mature oak forest and stunning walkways combining both pasture and native surroundings. We welcome you to our garden guest suite adjacent to Central Park, cozily situated at the back of the property; shaded by trees and hedges, with gardens and a small pond.
