Heart of Athens! 1/2 Mile to Stadium, Downtown

This location is unbeatable! The townhouse is a half mile walk to Sanford Stadium and downtown Athens. Perfect for gamedays, college visits, or just a weekend getaway to the Classic City. Our townhouse has all the amenities. A two car garage, 60" TV and wifi, Keurig, fully furnished kitchen, and two spacious bedrooms with queen beds. We love sharing our Athens experience, and you'll love the comfort and atmosphere. Pets are welcome for an additional fee (unfortunately no dogs over 50lbs)

The Lake View Suite Full kitchen/private bathroom

The Lake View suite has a very confortable queen size bed. The central Heat/ AC unit is control remotely, it has a full Kitchens and a full private bathroom. We also offer fresh towels and clean linen. Guests that stay more than a week, we offer fresh new towels and fresh new linen. The room also has a 40” Smart TV. The view from the Deck of the neighborhood’s nature area is wonderful. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. We will make sure your stay in Athens is pleasant.
