Our home was built in 1905 with additions in 1996. The Guesthouse was designed as a true ‘in-law’ suite and was constructed in 2010. We're in the historic downtown Toccoa neighborhood where folks still sit on their front porches and greet others as they amble by on the sidewalks. You are welcome to use the rear porch and breezeway during your visit with us. You’ll find the property convenient, safe, quiet & private with the advertised essential amenities available to make your visit pleasurable

Highlands, NC, Clayton, GA and Walhalla, SC are just a short drive of 30 minutes (or less) from this unique property. The Cottage at Keowee Hollow

Welcome to the Cottage at Keowee Hollow! We are conveniently located minutes from downtown Seneca, 10 miles from Clemson and under an hour from downtown Greenville, Highlands or Cashiers. This cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage includes a small kitchen, living room and dining area. The back porch offers a small table and chairs where you can start your mornings with a cup of coffee and enjoy a beautiful sunrise over Lake Keowee! Cane Creek Landing and South Cove Park are just around the corner.

Country Guest House

Experience a peaceful stay in a cabin /guest house surrounded by old oaks and pines. Off the beatin path but only 3 miles from restaurants and shopping. Lovely deck for sitting and watching the deer. Fire pit for evening fires and roasting marshmallows. A gravel road leads up to the main house and the guest house is behind the main house with convenient parking and easy access. 1/8th mile from the paved road, so drive slowly to the dead end of the road where it enters the access driveway.

The Guest House By The River

Our Guest House is a quaint little place perfect for couples getaway. It is located on Chauga River, with a great swimming hole and beach. Perfect location if you are interested in River rafting (Chattooga River rafting is near by). If you enjoy hiking, fishing or just enjoying outdoors this is the place for you. Guest House is located to the right of the main house, but it is private. We would love to have you!! Close to Clemson, Cashiers, Highlands, Chattooga Belle Farms.

Lakeside Haven on Lake Keowee

Relax on the large porch with swing and rocking chairs or enjoy fire pit area. No kitchen but includes microwave, full fridge, toaster, Keurig, coffee maker and gas grill. Perfect getaway but also near charming downtown Toccoa, Toccoa Falls, Currahee Mountain, hiking…..

Located on the edge of the Blue Ridge Escarpment with lakes Jocassee and Keowee just a few miles away. Numerous state parks, hiking, biking , waterfalls and kayaking or just peace and quiet. We are a sustainable homestead with an organic garden, chickens ,quail, dogs and cats. Our water comes from a natural spring.
