There is a coin-operated laundromat a 2-minute walk away, which is perfect for long-term stays (a washing machine and clothes drier are available)

This area is the heart of the city so you can go anywhere easily, walking distance from many restaurants, shopping areas and attractions. You can jump into the night life in Susukino with a 3 minutes subway ride (or 15min. walk). If you have a car, no worries. There are many reasonably priced parking lots in the neighborhood.
