It has a beautiful open concept kitchen with plenty of cooking essentials, 2 full baths with a rain shower in the master, original bunk beds seen on TV, huge yard great for kids complete with play structure, basketball court and a small gym. Includes pack and plays and high chairs for families.

This is a beautiful studio apartment located in the country with private entry & excellent views. The apartment is down the walkway on the left. We love being hosts and part of the Airbnb family! We are conveniently located about 15 minutes from Magnolia Silos and other points of interest such as the Zoo, Dr. Pepper Museum, Baylor etc. No pets without special permission from host, however there is a $25.00 pet fee because of the extra cleanup. We have a queen size bed &futon for guests.

Take a break and unwind at our peaceful oasis. Though we're just one mile out of McGregor and 20 miles from downtown Waco, you will feel like you've gotten away from it all. We have 23 lovely acres with a spring-fed creek, a quarry pond, and lots of friendly animals to talk to. Your apartment was built in 2017 and set apart from the main house. We are here if you need anything at all.
