The cottage is located on the grounds of Sweet Olive Farm Animal Rescue and is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Nestled in the forest next to a lovely, flowing spring, you can relax in peace and quiet in our custom-built cabin on our 13-acre organic farm. Located in Winterville, just a 15-minute drive from lively downtown Athens, you can use our place for a quiet weekend away from the city or as a base to explore all that Athens has to offer.

River View/Aframe Cabin/Private Oasis/ goats

Located on the South Fork Broad river just below Watson Mill Bridge State Park. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This Aframe along the river is perfect for a couples getaway. King size bed in the loft. Bring your beach towels. Chairs are available to sit on the sanbars and rocks in the river. In the pasture behind the cabin, our friendly goats love attention and are always happy to greet guests.

The Guesthouse, at Schulman Estates

This space includes two private bedrooms, one bath, and a loft upstairs. The downstairs is a large, open great room and kitchen, with an additional half-bath/washer/dryer. This is a stand alone, fully private unit on our property, and is located 25 miles east-southeast of Sanford Stadium (UGA). The listing includes a large screen TV; Internet and Chromecast for streaming on any service you subscribe to.
