Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. You can see the beach from the bedrooms and the deck on the side of the building. The Salt Loft has been decorated and outfitted for a perfect beach vacation stay. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has a queen bed. It is a short walk down Wharf Lane to the footpath to the beach. This has one dedicated parking spot as well!

It feels secluded, yet you are only a mile from all the wonderful happenings in Downtown Ogunquit, Perkins Cove & Ogunquit beach. Come enjoy the beach, shopping and amazing restaurants.
