Tucked Away Stay - Close To Town and In Nature

Come enjoy our private 5 acres of Pinon trees with the convenience of being 5 minutes from town. Enjoy the joys of children on property and views of incredible mountains with the wildlife that frequents our "back yard". Relax in our private guest area locked off from the rest of our home including a kitchenette and laundry area, all separated from the rest of the house by a custom built and locking doorway. We accept dogs but cannot accept cats due to other guests’ allergies. There is a pet fee.

The Pine Street Carriage House

Be our guest in a bright new carriage apartment above the garage. Warm, in-floor radiant heat and gas fireplace for cozy nights. Feels spacious with lots of windows and 9 ft ceilings. Make yourself at home with full kitchen, washer/dryer, WiFi, Netflix, Apple+ and Spectrum cable TV. Be a part of the Gunnison community yet stay in a great location to access everything Gunnison-Crested Butte has to offer. Walking distance to Main St shops/restaurants, WCU campus and free shuttle to Crested Butte.

Historic Main Street Lofts (3rd floor)

Newly renovated loft in a building that is on the National Register of Historic Places. Centrally located in the Gunnison Valley, the loft is in downtown Gunnison and is walking distance from shops, restaurants, grocery stores and WCU. In the summer, you can enjoy hiking, biking, ATV trails, fly fishing, rafting, horseback riding and golfing. Crested Butte is 30 minutes away and the wildflower capital of Colorado. In the winter, Crested Butte Ski resort and Monarch Mountain are 45 minutes away.

Town Hut - Cozy haven on BVs mtn side, EV charging

We welcome you to stay in our guest house: A renewed log cabin on three acres at BV's western edge. This quiet, in-town location is a good base for Arkansas Valley activities. A few miles east of us is Cottonwood Pass with hot springs, hiking, snowshoeing, etc. Or, bike or walk a mile to the east for restaurants and shopping, the Arkansas River and Fourmile trail complex beyond. Note: There are many pet-friendly options nearby, but we do our best to provide an allergen-free studio for guests.

Come experience the Freedom of the Hills. You'll love staying in this charming and quaint home. Enjoy being nestled in the mountains, yet conveniently close to both Crested Butte and Gunnison. Crested Butte in the winter, hike and enjoy the wildflowers in the summer or just hang out in the yard and relax in the hot tub. Our place has got it all!

Craftsmen Cabin

Experience staying in an original late 1800's one room log cabin restored and upgraded with all the modern comforts and amenities in a safe, quiet neighborhood. You'll find a Queen bed with ample storage underneath, a full size futon couch and a kitchen that will meet your needs for you're visit. Within a block radius there's 4 restaurants, hockey rink, city parks and bus stop (free bus to Crested Butte), 3 Blocks to down town Gunnison and 6 blocks to Western State Colorado University.

Mountain Hideout! Steps from Shuttle! Hot Tub!

Mountain Hideout is a cozy 1bd. with easy access to the hot tub and ski shuttle, both just outside your door! This comfortable and quiet mountain getaway has a full sized kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator and cooking necessities. If you prefer to eat out, simply take a 5 minute walk to Base area or hop on the free shuttle! The living room has a sleeper sofa to accommodate a third guest. Separate storage room provided for skis, bikes, and other belongings! A great bonus! No pets.

Gunnison Riverside Cabin

An approximately 800 sq ft cabin. Comfortably sleeps 4, can sleep 5 adults; extra beds for children. Spectrum Internet & TV are provided. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator & stove, pots, pans & dishes. Free washer & dryer available. Open living area has a day bed with trundle. Upstairs loft has a queen bed & queen futon. Backyard is fenced for children and/or dog(s) (dogs require permission). Private Gunnison River frontage is out the back gate. You can fish or relax & enjoy the view.
