Large, furnished one bedroom basement suite, with private entrance. Sofa bed in living room. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac close to shopping, and less the 5 minutes driving to skaha lake, 15 minutes walking. Private covered patio with table and bbq. There is a storage shed next to the patio. It doesn’t lock but feel free to use. The bedroom in the suite is large and has a large closet, you may want to store any bikes inside for peace of mind.
