Olcott - This centrally located single family home backs up to Krull Park, a 325 acre park with multiple playgrounds, a splash park, tennis courts, nature trails, softball diamonds, lacrosse fields, horseshoe pits and multiple other activities. It is also within walking distance to downtown Olcott Beach with various restaurants, bars, shops and Newfane Town Marina. It is equipped with all the amenities of home with an updated patio, grill and fire pit.

It is an 8-10 minute drive from downtown and the Falls and a very short walk to a bus stop that will take you where you need to go. Some fantastic local wineries are within walking distance and we have bike and e-bike rentals on property available to you as well!
