Hyfield Stable - Hidden rural retreat

Hyfield Stable is a recently converted stable block which has been finished to a very high standard. The property is rurally located, surrounded by beautiful Sussex countryside. We are situated down a long private driveway and in a very peaceful location. It is ideal for families, couples, guests with dogs (we allow up to 2 dogs for a fee of £15.00 which can be booked at time of main booking) or for a group of friends who need a getaway! Hyfield Stable is a non smoking and non vaping property.

Holbrook Barn Guest House

Lovely little guest suite separate from our home on a private secluded road with neighbouring fields. With a delightfully comfy superking bed, new bathroom with underfloor heating and home built kitchenette. We are 5 minutes from Heathfield high street and from the picturesque cuckoo trail that stretches 12 miles from Heathfield to Eastbourne and part of the national cycle network. You will have your own entry , key and private parking. Train Stations : Buxted, Stonegate & Tunbridge Wells

Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

The perfect escape for peace and quiet or maybe a glass of something in the kitchen whilst cooking on the Range. The house is a cosy retreat with endless supply of logs. Pets are welcome. ‘The Water Snug’ Floating Lake Cabin

Sit back, relax and enjoy the ambience that will surround you in our stunning new one bedroom house boat. Situated near the pretty village of East Hoathly, East Sussex, set on our picturesque one acre lake. Feel at one with nature from inside the beautifully decorated interior, with log burner, fully fitted kitchen, modern toilet/shower room, double aspect bedroom, with windows that allow the outside in. East Hoathly has a pub, coffee shop and village shop a 10 min walk away or 1 min drive.

Countryside location with hot tub and sauna

We are offering our pool house which consists of sauna, hot tub, kitchen, double shower room, bedroom/living room with separate wc. Beautiful countryside views. This building is located in our garden which is an acre in total. From the garden you have the added bonus of seeing Llamas and wild deer in the adjoining field. We are situated close to the cuckoo line and there are beautiful walks nearby. We do allow dogs but we do ask that they are added to your reservation as we make a charge.

The Cart Lodge a cosy rural hideaway

Situated in a secluded part of our 16th century farm, this detached, south facing cart barn has been converted to a very high standard. In an ideal location overlooking a large duck pond and with distant views to the South Downs. It is a great base for walking the Wealdway or cycling the Cuckoo Trail. Places to explore include Lewes and Eastbourne, 9 miles. Glyndebourne 6 miles. An excellent pub and restaurant is within a ten minute walk along country footpaths. The village shop 2 miles.

Cosy Woodland Annex

Adjoining historic Heathfield Park, surrounded by woodland & wildlife. This detached, self-contained Annex in the grounds of our home. The space has been transformed into a cosy woodland retreat flooded with natural light. It has a secure private entrance & ample off-street parking. The lounge has a wood burning stove stocked with logs from our garden. The accommodation is ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples, the bedroom has a kingsize bed and there's a kingsize sofa bed in the lounge.

The Chapel at Barn Cottage unique country retreat

Located adjacent to the Cuckoo Trail in the centre of Maynards Green, a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, is the charming Chapel at Barn Cottage. A former 15th Century Chapel which has been lovingly converted to a gorgeous, characterful, self contained 2 bedroom retreat, next to our own home. Boasting original features including an ingle nook fireplace yet retaining the luxury you deserve on your break away. Local pub just a short walk away. Ideal for walkers & exploring

Gunbanks Forge TN225HS is in the heart of the Sussex countryside amongst the grounds of Gunbanks Farm. It is a peaceful retreat to escape the stress of daily living. Tucked away down a private drive with easy parking. There is an outside space to sit and relax. The barn is spacious and sociable. There is a working forge just by the barn. Occasionally there will be farriers making shoes and wrought iron pieces. You will see evidence of this around the garden with beautiful balls.

The self contained contemporary Architect designed Barn is a luxurious couples retreat, located next to the owners home and surrounded by beautiful AONB countryside with outstanding views. Close to many famous houses and gardens ,Sissinghurst Castle, Great Dixter, Chartwell, Batemans and Scotney Castle. The Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is a 20 minute drive away. Wadhurst our nearest village has 2 small supermarkets, a fantastic butcher, deli, 2 pubs and takeaways.
