Ty Bach is on the edge of the beautiful Surrey Hills (a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and the Rivey Wey. It is the perfect destination for walkers, mountain bikers and lovers of the outdoors. Dog walking and country pub heaven!

Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. A beautiful spacious cosy modern 3 bedroom house situated in a peaceful location, minute walk to Goldsworth park lake. A lake perfect for jogging, spotting wildlife, or just relaxing. The lake house is all you need for a perfect longer or short stay It has all the amenities you would require to make your stay a comfortable and relaxing one

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.

The deck is perfect for soaking up the evening rays and watching the world float by. Ideally situated between the villages of Ripley and Send and a stone’s throw from RHS Wisley, Woking and Guildford with easy and fast access by train into London. 2 night minimum stay.
