We offer a flexible cancellation policy especially during lockdown. The house is situated on the quiet western side of town with breath taking views of the Ben Ohau ranges and surrounding mountains. It’s unique easy-living design makes it elegant yet homely. It has a large fully fenced back yard with a furnished patio area and a BBQ.

The Cottage sits at the front of the property with a fenced off and completely separate Corner Peak Studio at the back of the property.

Maori Point cottage is nestled in our vineyard, 30km from Wanaka , with spectacular mountain views and access to the Clutha riverbank for walks or picnics. Warm in winter with underfloor heating and fireplace, the living areas include a full cook's kitchen which opens onto a verandah, lawn & native garden. The large upstairs bedroom has king bed and mountain views, downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with garden outlook. A quiet peaceful environment, and a good base for exploring.

This brand new modern two bedroom cottage is perfect for relaxing. It has high quality fittings, fixtures and appliances, you will also be very comfortable year round with the heat pump. Entrance can be through the internal garage, great for winter months, or via the covered veranda, which happens to be perfect for morning coffee in the sun. Welcome to our family holiday home, set amongst mature trees in a large tranquil garden. It’s an easy walk to the town centre, cafés, pubs, shops and the playground. The house is sunny, warm and comfortable with heat pumps in every room and a log burner if you prefer a fire. Lots of outside space for kids to burn off energy. Three bedrooms, 1 bathroom (a separate toilet), an open plan modern kitchen, dining, living area and laundry. We are equipped for young children.

Pets= we do accept pets, but they must stay outdoors.
