Prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the Gas Grill to eat outside or inside. Just a 15 minute walk (4 minute drive) to the Sylvan Beach resort area with restaurants, an amusement park, casino, sandy beach, canal for fishing, boat rental and events all season long!

This cozy cottage has an authentic cabin feel. We recently purchased the property and chose to keep the original charm and features it offers. We love that it provides a simple escape from everyday life. When you walk in you are instantly welcomed by large windows in the living room giving you full lake views. The open, quaint setting of this cottage allows you to reconnect with your family and friends. The home has waterfront access to Owasco Lake.

Unbelievable quaint cottage on beautiful Skaneateles Lake. Cozy up in this adorable lakeside getaway. Enjoy 140 feet of level lake front. Features include an active stream, dock for your boat, easy lake access, kayaks for use, as well as a water's edge fire pit on the point. Sleeps 2 adults. ATTENTION: The last 1/2 mile down is a steep gravel road. All wheel drive vehicles are recommended. (but not necessary)
