The deck attached to the unit is for your exclusive use Public transport , bus and train are within walking distance as are a wide choice of restaurants. There is easy access to SH1 (Motorway) in both directions North and South. We offer free off street parking. We are well off the main road so the property is both safe and quiet

Simple garden studio in central Devonport

Our quiet garden studio is ideal for those wanting a private space to stay when visiting family locally or working in Devonport or Auckland city. It has a very comfortable queen size bed, en-suite shower room, iron, hairdryer, wardrobe, fridge, microwave and kettle. Toiletries, tea/coffee, bed-linen and towels are provided, as well as free WiFi. The studio has separate access away from the main house, and is in a very quiet and peaceful setting within walking distance to Devonport village.

Charming studio with amazing sea views

Charming 1 bed self-contained studio overlooking Onetangi Beach. The north-facing deck has sweeping views towards the Coromandel Peninsular and a hot tub for guests exclusive use. The studio stands separate from the owners residence and gets all-day sun, and has a recently refurbished bathroom. If you are not coming by car we recommend that you hire a car so that you can get to vineyards,restaurants and places of interest on the island. Electric bikes can also be hired from Onya bikes.

Palm Beach Cottage

Cool little cottage at the back of our house. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Fully separate from our house with everything you need including kitchen, bathroom and wifi. Have a wine and enjoy the beautiful view from the deck at the front of our property. Please note the sea view is not directly outside the cottage door. It is from the front of the house which you have full access to. 10min walk downhill to the beautiful Palm Beach. 20min walk uphill return. 10min walk to bus stop.

La Maisonette

La Maisonette cottage sits above an award winning garden of nearly an acre, guests are free to wander and sit among the sub tropical trees and plants. From the Juliet balcony you can enjoy a glass of local award winning wine whilst looking over the trees to the gulf islands in the distance. The cottage is decorated in a French provincial style with many original works of art from local artists and elsewhere. Everything you need is provided to make your stay special and memorable.

Tucked down a small, quiet side road at the top of Oneroa Village we are located 1.5kms from the passenger ferry terminal, 300m from the Oneroa village and 600m from Oneroa beach. The Chalet has everything you need to ensure you have an enjoyable stay on Waiheke, including a kitchenette, with a microwave and fridge.

Our waterfront accommodation is a great place to relax and unwind conveniently located overlooking the picturesque Putiki Bay. Sit on the deck and watch the sunset across the bay. The bay is a tidal and is a great spot for kayaking, paddle-boarding and swimming at high tide. With private waterfront views, the cottage is in with in easy reach of the islands beaches and local amenities, with the Ostend market and supermarket only 10 min walk.

Studio 16 Devonport

Studio 16 is a self contained modern light filled space perfect for a couple. It is open plan in design with bedroom, lounge and kitchenette in one. An Air Conditioning unit is in this area. The separate bathroom is fully tiled with a large walk in shower. There is also a spacious walk in wardrobe with ample room for your suitcases. A washing machine is in this area. This is a smoke and pet free property.

Fleetwood is home to 2 serene studio spaces—side by side, each with its own private entrance and parking at the door. You’ll feel safe, secure, and completely at ease in our peaceful pocket of the island. If your preferred dates aren’t available, check our other listing—we have 2 identical studios here at Fleetwood. Note it is an outdoor bath tub, not a spa pool. More hygienic - fresh water & no chemicals.

Centrally located in the heart of Parnell Village is Studio Burrows. A completely modern separate space next to our family home. Suitable for a couple and infant/small child. This light filled studio is minutes from the Central city, Spark Arena, Viaduct, Commercial Bay, Newmarket and the Auckland Museum/Domain. Longer term stays available by negotiation.
