Charming studio with amazing sea views

Charming 1 bed self-contained studio overlooking Onetangi Beach. The north-facing deck has sweeping views towards the Coromandel Peninsular and a hot tub for guests exclusive use. The studio stands separate from the owners residence and gets all-day sun, and has a recently refurbished bathroom. If you are not coming by car we recommend that you hire a car so that you can get to vineyards,restaurants and places of interest on the island. Electric bikes can also be hired from Onya bikes.

Marmalade Cottage

Marmalade cottage is the perfect spot for lovers of cute and cosy. Oneroa Beach is a short 15-minute stroll away and it's a 10 min walk to the village and bus stops; you won't need a car to enjoy all that Waiheke has to offer. Being an original part of Waiheke's history, the cottage does have a few quirks including a lower-than-usual roof in the lower-level which houses the bathroom and laundry. While it is completely liveable, this will require a few ducks for those taller than 6ft.”

It has a lounge with a Queen sofa bed, dining room table, full size fridge/freezer, your own private bathroom and a separate queen bedroom with kitchenette. There is a separate entranceway with off street parking. Located close to two family safe beaches and Howick Village. There are plenty of options for cafes, shopping and walking tracks. We are happy to share our wonderful environment.
