Large covered deck with barbecue kitchen and gazebos in back of house. Views of the lake from most windows. Walking distance to stores, park, beach. Boat launch available along with Paddle boat rentals. Private basement suite is occupied.

Further elements include a king and queen bed, in suite laundry, UG parking (small cars & SUVs), Coffee Maker, Fireplace etc.

Spring Lake is located 30 minutes west of Edmonton and has so much to offer for that little getaway from the city but still within a 13 minute drive from all amenities. 5 minute drive from public lake access where you can paddle board in the summer and ice fish in the winter. Enjoy a quiet weekend in the country!

Private, pet friendly suite - no cleaning fee!

This basement suite is self-contained, has its own separate entrance, and has all the necessary items to become your home away from home! Please note you will have to utilize the exterior stairs and interior stairs to access the suite. Pets are welcome! Please let us know if your furry friend will be coming with you so that we can prepare for their arrival. Situated between spruce grove and stony plain 3 km north of the yellowhead highway. Escape from the city to the country for a retreat!!! or just take a break on your journey!!!

Relax on the couch with a fuzzy blanket in front of the fireplace in this cozy Banff like environment. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee as you sit on the balcony patio watching the sun set. It is a peaceful place with all you need to give yourself a well deserved rest. There is an exercise room with the basics if that is a must for your out of town stays.
