Overlooking Walker Bay, the generous elevated deck allows for the best seaview and up close whale watching opportunities from August to November each year. There are two barbeque (braai ) areas, indoors and outdoors on the seaview deck. Enjoy uninterrupted seaviews from the lounge and wake-up to the soothing sounds of the ocean in the two seafront bedrooms.

The gardens surround the bungalow on 3 sides with a private area for braaing. Well located for easy access to Hermanus centre, restaurants, beaches, golfing and Fernkloof Nature Reserve and a front row view of the ocean for whale watching in wintertime. There is a new log burning stove & portable heaters. There is no central heating.

This delightful house is tucked away in a grove of trees overlooking the Vermont Saltpan,which is a bird sanctuary. Recent solar panels on the roof feed into a battery and inverter system. Loadshedding is no longer an issue. This tastefully furnished, four bedroom home, is fully equipped caters for upto 8 guests. The perfect place to getaway from it. The Saltpan is fed only by rainfall and run-off from the mountains and in years when there has been low rainfall the pan often dries out.

The wild horses often graze in front of the cabin and at times there are hundreds of terns and flamingos! Fully equipped for self-catering.
