This little gem of a spot is on a secluded island in the middle of the Mississippi River. The sound of the rapids will lull you to sleep in your magical tent perched right over the water! With all of the modern conveniences including hot water, outdoor shower, bar fridge, wifi and well appointed outdoor kitchen. This year we are building a treehouse on the island so although we will ensure no construction takes place during your stay, there will be construction materials around on the island

There is no hydro or running water on property, the water for the shower will be supplied for you. Occasional tool sounds may be heard as we continue developing the land. It includes a linen queen bed, kettle, solar lights outside, battery lighting inside. Guests have access to the full property for hiking, snowshoeing and sledding. No guns or pets. One other rental located onsite.
