PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.

Mirna vintage oaza u staroj austrougarskoj vili okružena zelenilom i terasom, besplatnim parkingom te WiFijem osnovno je što treba za prekrasan početak Vašeg odmora. Tržnica, restorani i čudesni Lungo mare u krugu su od 150 metara. Naravno da je apartman opremljen svim što Vam je potrebno za ugodan odmor: kraljevski krevet, TV, dodatan ležaj, klima uređaj, opremljena kuhinja, kupaona, mašina za pranje rublja i kraljevski WC.

Just a 150 m walking distance to the sea, beach, shops, restaurants, coffee-shops, tennis courts, children playground, bus terminal. Free, fast WiFi and Smart TV with more than 100 channels. Well located to ensure silent nights despite of being so close to the city centre. On the ground floor there is a nice patio. Several parking places and garages are very close to the apartment.
