Our family managed apartment house is located in the heart of a very beautiful environment. Our street is very quiet road. The beach is 70 meters away. All leisure activities, beaches, caffe bars, restaurants, shopping possibilities, petrol station, taxi, public transports, as well as the sights can be reached on short ways, so you can also spontaneously make your plans. We are happy to give a tips on leisure activities and cultural highlights of our city Zadar and his beautiful surroundings.

Kuća (apartmani) Markulin nalaze se u Preku svega nekoliko metara od mora u prekrasnom ugođaju. Fantastičan položaj 200 m od trajektnog pristaništa, omogućuje gostima lako snalaženje i brz dolazak do samog objekta. Kuća je ograđena visokim, kamenim, zidovima koji jamče potpunu privatnost.Vrt je pun mediteranskog bilja u kojemu je smješteno dječje igralište. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se svi potrebni sadržaji (restorani, supermarketi, kafići, mesnica, ribarnica, sportski teren,pekarnica).

Small stone summer house with private entrance, 10m from the sea, no need for air condition. There are two levels, the bedroom is on the upper floor. Downstairs is a kitchen and a bathroom, and a small front yard with the dining table where the guests usually have their meals. Within walking range (500m) from the village center where one can find everything one could need when on vacation (supermarket, restaurants and cafe bars, doctor, sand beach, cultural events, etc...)

The house is situated in the touristic part of the town, called Puntamika - Borik It is about 3 km from the old city. The way is all along the coast, with the small boats in the sea, and row of old private, familly house. Very suitable for walk , and it is also bike-route. You can also ride the bus. Its local station is few minutes from the house. The street where it is located is very calm and in the same time, first one near the main street to the town.

My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. It is located in an olive garden, has its own small garden. It is located about 15- 20 minutes walk from the beach (1000- 1100 meters) and it is ideal for person who prefer peace and privacy. Since the cottage is secluded, we recommend guests to come by car. Bicycles can be rented in Preko from travel agencies. Electricity comes via solar.

Apartment Ana Marija is located in a small place called Savar, on a beautiful island of Dugi otok. Local amentities, shop, bars and restaurants are located 2 km away while the nearest pebbly beach is only 300 m away. The most famous sandy beach on Dugi otok, Saharun is only 10 minutes away by car.
