The villa is divided as tree objects with separate entrances each can function as a separate apartment, also offers the convenience of 3 fully equipped and modern bathrooms, allowing ample personal space even when the villa is at its full capacity. The heart of the villa is our spacious living room with ample natural light and a warm ambiance, perfect for spending quality time with your loved ones or unwinding after a day of exploration and the outdoor kitchen equipped with large table next to the pool. Please note that as much as we love our animal friends, pets are not allowed in Casa Di Perla. To make your travel hassle-free, the villa comes with 2 dedicated parking spaces. The spacious outdoor area with a pool and plenty of seating and loungers allows for a relaxed and restful holiday. The location is particularly convincing because on the one hand you are far away from crowds and can therefore find peace and quiet, and on the other hand the center of the town can be reached within around 10 minutes on foot.
