Vila se ima prekrasne terase kojih najveća ima 50 m2 s roštiljem i ležaljkama i plažom koja je ispred same vile. Lokacija vile je idealna, svega par minuta udaljena od centra mjesta Tkon gdje se nalaze restorani, tržnica, konobe sa ponudom domaće hrane i vina. Otok Pašman ima dugačke i lijepe biciklističke staze, netaknutu prirodu i bogatu kulturnu baštinu. Za nezaboravni odmor u skladu s prirodom svakako dođite kod nas u Villu Kona.

Bei schlechtem Wetter, können Sie auf unsere Streaming-Dienste zurückgreifen oder einen unserer Geheimtipps für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung in Angriff nehmen. Villa Kovaceva is the perfect house for a dream vacation. The house is located on the southern side of the island Pasman with a wonderful view of the National Park Kornati. The value of the house is given by its exceptional position with the beach and safe port for your boat(up to 10 m). The house is a 110 square meters with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor and a bedroom,living room,kitchen and bathroom on the lower floor. There is also a private parking for several cars.

There is no Wi-Fi, allowing you to truly switch off, but LTE reception is available. Ideal for nature lovers and boaters.
