You will be surrounded by fabulous fishing, walking and cycling opportunities. The apartment features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with multiple channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a terrace with sea views. The property has an outdoor dining area. There is excellent Starlink Wifi.

Longview Cottage - peace and quiet.

My place is close to beaches, bush and the famous Motu cycle way. You’ll love my place because of the friendly welcome, the little extras AND the comfy bed!! Only 2 hours driving from either Tauranga, Rotorua or Gisborne - a good resting point. Lovely quiet cottage set on lifestyle block with many chickens and sheep. 3 minutes driving to fabulous Waiotahi beach and only 10 minutes into Opotiki for cafes and shopping. Peace and tranquility - leave the city behind.

This Brand New compact studio, has a kitchenette with microwave, electric frypan, slow cooker, electric jug & toaster (no stove) It is within walking distance to town and a short driving distance to beaches, kayaking the rivers, hiking and biking trails, with the Motu cycle trail on the doorstep. Whale island tours leave from Whakatāne which is a short drive away. Opotiki has an amazing 3 level Museum that you can spend hours at.

The Studio

Welcome to my secluded, peaceful hideaway. The studio is a large open plan space. Large sliding doors completely open up the front of the building onto the deck, giving you a feeling of always being close to nature. Surrounded by trees, orchard, lawn and garden, the studio is a quiet retreat space. The sound of the sea and bird song are always in the background. The best beach in NZ is a 15 minute walk away!
