Lots of restaurants and grocery stores close by! Come relax and unwind in this cozy space perfect for 2! Use caution climbing stairs :)

Studio guest suite with queen bed and kitchenette in beautiful Miramar neighborhood, just 5 minutes from historic San Marco. Close to restaurants, grocery, MD Anderson Cancer Center and Wolfson Children's Hospital. Owners live in main house on site but suite has its own private entrance and parking. You will have access to an outdoor dining space and fenced in backyard. Dogs live on premises but will not interfere, although you may hear barking. Sofa bed available if needed, please inquire.

Newly renovated, this studio suite features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a kitchen with a retro refrigerator, flat-screen TV and a bathroom with all the essentials.

Its perfect for business travelers, singles, or couples. The space features a super cozy queen size bed with luxury linens. There is also a mini-kitchen with microwave, toaster oven and compact refrigerator. There is no stove.

The designated parking area is to right at a colored bee post. As you walk up the steps that lead you to the patio, you will see the door that will lead you to your lively suite. Our Suite is attached to the main house, with everything private.

Deep water access to anywhere in Jacksonville with dock available. Back yard pavilion gazebo 50 feet from river connecting to a remodeled home and landscaped pool. Home is not lived in and void of all personal property giving you open space to feel at home as your own. Bring your boat and tie up to the dock, or enjoy the provided kayaks and canoe. Hosts live on-site, in the main house beside the barn. Located on a small pecan orchard, our barn was built to be a place of rest and creativity for our family and friends. One of our favorite things about where we live is being able to enjoy the open space of the country while being close to the vibrant city of Jacksonville and the beautiful beaches.
