A beautiful place to take it easy at this unique and tranquil cottage. Tucked back in the foot hills of Shade Mountain where there are public trails for exploring. At times you may also see some wildlife.

Quaint town for walking and sightseeing. House is unoccupied (large yard, gift shop on property and playground across the street).

WiFi is available. If you like old trains Eastbroad Top Railroad is close. Small town. Couple restaurants, old fashion ice cream shop, bank, Mini Mart and more. Raystown Lake is 30 mins. away. Thousand Steps for hikers. If you like hunting State Game Land is real close. Hunters are Welcome.

Take a historic, one of a kind train ride at East BroadTop Railroad located just 5 minutes from the cottage.

Fishermen and kayakers will love the close access to the river. Just a 10 minute walk to the Amtrak station, restaurants, and groceries. This unit is located on the second floor with no elevator.

Cozy country charm

My cottage has beautiful views from every side of the house and a relaxing front porch to sit and relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. It's a cozy cottage at the foot of the mountain with lots of privacy. There are no neighbors. There are horses here to enjoy watching them graze or feed them a snack. It's truly a nice getaway and still only a half hour from 3 local towns. For warmer weather there is a firepit, picnic table, grill and some nice shaded areas to relax.
