Your Highnesses House has its own personal charm. I have spent a lot of time creating this space to make it a home away from home. This is a unique side-by-side duplex tucked away in a generally quiet area in the south end of Toledo. This home has a lot of special features that make it a wonderful place to stay whether it be a short-term rental or a long-term rentals. No parties and no smoking/vaping if the rule is broken it’s an additional $500 charge.

Close to local grocery store, public boat launch, and a great neighborhood waterfront restaurant.

Lake View Cottage In Small Town

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Small quaint home with beautiful lake view. Boat access within 1/4 mile. 1/2 opposite end is a park and river front where you can watch the waves crash into the breakers. Want beach access? Just a 7 minute drive down the road to Maumee Bay State Park. Quiet little place to get away or convenient enough to neighboring cities for some night life, if you prefer. Come stay awhile.

While quaint in size, this modern take on an original farmhouse has a nice sized living room, a large eat-in kitchen with essentials, 2 bedrooms, and beautiful bathroom. The home comes fully furnished with 1 queen bed in each bedroom, 55" flat screen TV in living room, large dining table and washer and dryer. Onsite parking and internet included.
