Carlton River Escape was completed in 2023 and built as a peaceful hide away retreat on the back 50 acres of our property. It is nestled right beside our Swift Parrot Conservation Forest area which also shares it space with our local wallabies, wombats, echidnas, pademelons, possums, and eagles. Amid the fresh Tassie air, and the incredible forest views, you will feel completely relaxed listening to the sounds of the wildlife while enjoying the luxury of a secluded brand new home.

Stapleton Beach House at Spring Beach

Relax in this beautifully appointed beach house overlooking Maria Island at Spring Beach, Tasmania. Nestled between Spring and Stapleton beaches- just a short 5-7 minute walk to each, the house has four bedrooms spread over two levels. Upstairs an open plan living/dining room adjoins the kitchen with a deck overlooking the ocean, along with three bedrooms for the family. Our cosy and humble cabin - an old pickers hut from the farm's previous life as an apple orchard - is located in the stunning Huon Valley, with views across the stunning Huon River to the snow capped mountains of the Southwest. Just a few minutes from the charming village of Cygnet and its many great cafes and shops.
