This is a bright, very spacious, 3 bedroom lower-level apartment of a house, fully stocked with everything you need. The large windows in every room let in lots of light. It is close to the beach at Petrie Island, Place d'Orleans mall for shopping, the YMCA, and large plazas with lots of stores including banks, Dollarama, Farm Boy, Giant Tiger, a movie theatre, and much more. Private Studio, with no direct interaction with the hosts. About 15 minutes from Gatineau and 20 minutes from Ottawa by car. For an additional fee (and subject to availability), you can access the spa, sauna, and cold plunge pool. A lunchbox breakfast is included. Perfect for workers or tourists. We have 2 dogs and a cat (they do not have access to the studio). The studio is independent, yet attached to the house, and we ask visitors to maintain an appropriate noise level during their stay.

The in law suite is located in the lower level of a large home in Orleans in the East end of Ottawa.The in-law suite has a bedroom (double bed) w/desk & television ; living room w/fireplace & a sofa that is the size of a single bed for 1 person and a television. Fully equipped kitchen. The laundry is on the same level & private full bathroom for the in law suite guests only. Lovely back yard. Guests can use the exercise room equipped w/treadmill, exercise bike, elliptical & weights, etc.
