Το σπίτι έχει μοναδική θέα στη θάλασσα. Βρίσκεται εντός του Όρμου Παναγιάς και απέχει από την παραλία Τρανή Αμμούδα μόλις 5 λεπτά.Το σπίτι διαθέτει κλιματισμό, φούρνο και πλυντήριο ρούχων.Διαθέτει αυλή με χώρο μπάρμπεκιου.Έχει 2 δωματια ένα με διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα δωμάτιο με 4 μονά κρεβάτια ,τα 2 κρεβάτια βρίσκονται σε loft και έχουν προσβαση με σκάλα.Διαθέτει 1 τουαλέτα με ντουζιέρα και 1 wc για αποκλειστική χρήση τουαλέτας.Ειναι 1,5 μπάνιο. Υπάρχει δωρεάν χώρος στάθμευσης για 1 αυτοκίνητο.

Το σπιτάκι Η Ελιά

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στον οικισμό του Όρμου Παναγίας , σε απόσταση 2 λεπτών με αυτοκίνητο από την παραλία της Τρανης Αμμουδας. Το γραφικό λιμανάκι του Όρμου Παναγίας απέχει μόλις 300 μέτρα και το παραδοσιακό χωριό Άγιος Νικόλαος 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο. Αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με υπερδιπλο κρεβάτι και μια σαλοκουζινα με ένα καναπέ-κρεβατι. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ψυγείο,στεγνωτηρας μαλλιών, WiFi, τηλεόραση 32",WC, κλιματιστικό, πλυντήριο,μπαλκόνι,κήπος. Υπάρχει χρέωση κατοικίδιου.

Our house is situated right three meters away from the beach of Halkidiki, famous for its crystal clear waters. It offers guests the opportunity to relax in peaceful surroundings whilst enjoying the wonderful turquoise waters of the area. The place is also recommended for sports activities such as hiking and trekking. It has a wonderful view to Mount Athos. Our house is suitable for families with children and all adult stays.
