Short drive to Nevada City and Yuba River; 45 minutes to ski slopes in the Sierras. The custom 600 sq. ft. private studio with a gas fireplace is fully equipped for up to 4 guests.

Its remote location, 6 minutes drive above the town of Oregon House, is an ideal spot for a getaway. With the entire apartment to yourself it can be a perfect retreat, a romantic weekend, or a quiet work/study space. A place to relax, meditate, read and feel a world away from everyday concerns. Centrally located in the rebuilding town of Paradise. Every home on our street was lost in the 2018 Camp Fire. We are the fourth home to be rebuilt on the street. There is new hope for this small mountain community. Decorated in a cozy cottage look with comfortable beds and everything you need in our stocked kitchen. Excellent internet and a smart TV . There is an outdoor table for and gas grill. Our local marina, Line Saddle, has boat, paddle board and kayak rentals for a day on the lake.
