The villa consists of: six modern rooms, each of which has its own bathroom and air conditioning. Two rooms have access to the balcony. The exterior of the villa includes a terrace consisting of a summer kitchen and a swimming pool measuring 9.5 x 5. The villa also has a private parking lot covered by video surveillance.

U Stocu, u mahali Brade nalazi se vakuf hadži Junuz-age Mehmedbašića, proglašen nacionalnim spomenikom Bosne i Hercegovine 2006 godine. Nosi naziv prema imenu svog posljednjeg vakifa koji je kuću uvakufio. Ova ulica je bila dio stare mahale koja se nekad nazivala I Hamam mahala, zbog blizine javnog kupatila hamama. Kompleks kuće čine: kuća sa čardakom, mutvak ili ljetnja kuhinja, nova kuća, avlija sa avlijskim zidovima i bašta.

Moderno obnovljena stara kuca od kamena, u ruralnom dijelu, okruzena velikim plantaza etericnog bilja. Prostrana terasa i lijepo uredjena okucnica, idealna su za odmor. Kuca ima veliki dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom, kupaonicu i spavacu sobu. U spavacaj sobi se nalaze dva krevata (180x200 i 160x200) i dva pomocna kreveta na rasklapanje (90x190).
